Todd Bowings | President, RCDD (bomark electric & bomark technology group)
Todd, an original founding member, is a BICSI certified RCDD and a holds a Master Electrical License in both Maryland and Virginia. With today’s ever evolving and merging technologies, he envisioned a company that could support all of his client’s low voltage needs, including design-build, budgeting, installation, and IT support Services. He is confident in his team’s ability to find solutions that meet each and every client’s specific project criteria and budgetary needs while providing a quality product and professional installation.
Marty Strunkstein | Senior Vice President of Operations
Marty, an accomplished executive with almost thirty years working his way aggressively through the diverse industry of Electrical & Communication construction joined BoMark in 2021. Dave Whitehead | Project Manager
With over two decades of experience, Dave has had the opportunity to grow and learn in many facets of our industry as an installer, foreman, field supervisor, project manager, senior project manager, estimator, and sales support engineer. With his background BoMark has been fortunate to have him join our team. Dave brings with him many industry certifications from Ortronics, Hubble, Molex, as well as from some of the leading systems, technologies, and integrations from Dukane, GE, and Jeron working with Public Address, Access Control/Security, and Nurse Call Systems in addition to many continuing education credits in the field of business. This journey has allowed him to take part in various government, healthcare, and educational facility projects throughout his career and grow the BoMark Technology Group into the recognized leader in the Baltimore/Washington Marketplace.

Brandon an accomplished structured cabling project manager brings over 13 years of industry experience to BoMark. He holds manufacturer certifications from leading organizations, including Panduit & Corning, and is currently studying for his PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. Brandon has experience managing large projects for MSU (Morgan State University), John’s Hopkins Hospital, Stanley Black and Decker, AACO Government, and many more. He is committed to providing our customers with industry-leading products, quality crews & installation, as well as excellent customer service throughout the entire project life cycle–and beyond.
