Todd Bowings | President, RCDD (bomark electric & bomark technology group)
Todd, an original founding member, is a BICSI certified RCDD and a holds a Master Electrical License in both Maryland and Virginia. With today’s ever evolving and merging technologies, he envisioned a company that could support all of his client’s low voltage needs, including design-build, budgeting, installation, and IT support Services. He is confident in his team’s ability to find solutions that meet each and every client’s specific project criteria and budgetary needs while providing a quality product and professional installation.
Dave Whitehead | Project Manager
With over two decades of experience, Dave has had the opportunity to grow and learn in many facets of our industry as an installer, foreman, field supervisor, project manager, senior project manager, estimator, and sales support engineer. With his background BoMark has been fortunate to have him join our team. Dave brings with him many industry certifications from Ortronics, Hubble, Molex, as well as from some of the leading systems, technologies, and integrations from Dukane, GE, and Jeron working with Public Address, Access Control/Security, and Nurse Call Systems in addition to many continuing education credits in the field of business. This journey has allowed him to take part in various government, healthcare, and educational facility projects throughout his career and grow the BoMark Technology Group into the recognized leader in the Baltimore/Washington Marketplace.

Brad Baughman | Project Manager
Brad brings more than 20 years of experience in Project Management, joining the BoMark team in 2024. His extensive experience includes overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of small to large projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications. He excels at problem-solving, communication, and technical expertise. Brad’s focus on quality and efficiency drives successful project outcomes while enhancing client satisfaction.
Zachary Schwartz | Assistant Project Manager
Zachary Schwartz is a multi-discipline electrical trade professional with 10 years of field experience in structured cabling, audio visual, local networking, and the implementation of Smart Technology and related systems. Zachary is a journeyman electrician of low and medium voltage commercial applications. As a leader in the field, he developed an efficiency expert mentality to ensure quality in the completion of all his projects while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. At a very early age he had a passion for technology and immersed himself in the digital age to provide the highest levels of quality and efficiency to all our BoMark projects.
Zachary Schwartz | Assistant Project Manager

Robert Silvis | ESTIMATOR
Robert brings over 20 years of experience to the industry. Starting as a laborer he grew into field management, then charged on to estimating a variety of projects for many high-profile customers. Throughout his tenure he has had several diverse projects such as small & large commercial buildings, government work, skiff projects and large data center builds. Well versed in structured cabling, infrastructure, and network cabling systems Robert brings wealth to the team. His genuine love for what he does, and his desire to do everything to the very best of his ability is what makes him and BoMark successful.
Josh Berard | Estimator
Josh brings more than 15 years’ experience joining the BoMark team in 2022. As a BICSI certified professional as well as having many other manufacturer certifications in voice/data/ and fiber optic infrastructure, he pays great attention to detail and makes sure that the final product exceeds BICSI and industry standards when presented to the end user.
